Who can attend? Junior & Senior Antioch High School students; Students may bring a date in a lower grade or from another school (with approval). Students who wish to bring a non-AHS student to prom must fill out this form for permission to bring a guest.
Everyone who is attending prom MUST fill out this form. If you are under 18, you must have a parent/guarding sign the form. This can be returned to Ms. Porter in F204 or brought with you to the prom on May 14
What’s happening? DJ, Dance floor, 360-degree photo booth, other selfie booths, and snacks!
